We're gonna talk about movies.
Nay! We're going to talk about my 3 top movies today.
Actually, I really can't say they're my top three because honestly I'm fucking insane when it comes to decision making. All I know is that Young Frankenstein is my FOREVER FAVORITE MOVIE. If you haven't watched it yet... Go. Now. I'll wait.
It's black and white and it's got Gene Wilder and I mean who doesn't love that blue eyed, curly haired fuck? He's awesome. I really recommend watching it. It's a life changer.
For serious.
Not really.
Mel Brooks is all I have to say though... and Frank from Everybody Loves Raymond is Frankenstein.
This movie holds sentimental reasoning to my heart because it was the movie my dad always talked about. So when I was finally old enough to watch it... and pay attention (8 years old or so) I laughed my ass off at almost every single moment. We laughed together and we had our father, daughter bonding moments and whatnot. Thus a favorite movie was born.
Now my second favorite (for right now) is Forgetting Sarah Marshall. Don't hate. This movie was my savior when I had moved into my first apartment and my ex was off to work late at night. I was creeped the fuck out needless to say because I had NEVER been alone unless it was at my parents house... which was cool because I lived there for years without having someone murder me. This new place though... it was creepy. It wanted my soul.
I ran into my office room snatched the box with all of my DVD's and furiously dug for a funny movie.
People don't die while watching funny movies!
THEY JUST DON'T.
My hands grazed FSM and I was like... Yes.
This is the movie I need to watch.
Literally, every night for 2 weeks straight I watched Jason Segel wiggle his dong around saying "I got a surprisseee for youuuu" when I was alone. I didn't have Netflix at the time or an HDMI cable for that matter so I wasn't really fond of watching anything online.
FSM was my love. I'm pretty sure I know almost all of the words. It's kinda sad. Even sadder is that I left all my movies with my ex so damn, but ... I know what I want for Christmas this year.
Lastly, the third movie I'll be talking about has to do with more curly haired fucks. That's right. Step Brothers.
I. Love. This. Movie.
Will Ferrel... honestly, not my favorite person. I never liked him. I've watched Anchorman, Old School and Blades of Glory to name a few and they just... pissed me off. My humor is very obvious. Someone throws up and I'm laughing my ass off but if you're blatantly Napoleon Dynamite awkward... I pretty much hate you.
Step Brothers though... wow. I don't know. I'm not saying my movie choices are good at ALL but I just loved this movie. It's hilarious and random and what the fuck? Why are you rubbing your nutsack on his drum set, fool? That's not sanitary.
My absolute favorite part is when they're fighting with bikes in the front yard and their mom is spraying them with a water hose screaming "WHAT THE FUCKING FUCK?!?!" Looooveeee it.
Go make a movie night with these. Cuddle up to your significant other and just watch the shit out of all of them. They're amazing.
Do not let your children watch the last two though they'll be saying so many bad words... you're just not going to know what to do.
